Hi! And thanks for checking out my newest crochet washcloth pattern. I am so excited for this pattern since it is my first washcloth pattern with one of my favorite stitches! I hope you love and enjoy this free pattern.
You should be able to make a couple of washcloths from just two skeins of Dishie Cotton from WeCrochet. This is my favorite cotton yarn it is so incredibly soft for 100% cotton yarn and comes in so many fun colors. Recently there have been new colors added to the Dishie collection and my favorite has to be sunbaked!
I think this pattern would look great with any contrasting colors, definitely feel free to use more than two or completely different cotton yarns. I can’t wait to see your amazing creations with this pattern!

This pattern is graded for an advanced beginner – there are several stitches you will need to know as well as color changing. I used a stitch pattern that I have seen to be called many things including the brick stitch and the brick and mortar stitch. It creates a nice thick fabric with a cute and trendy pattern. This pattern is a great way to practice a variety of stitches and new techniques all in one project.
